The only use of cookies I make is when you place an order to keep track of your choices (for further information see: "How to Order").  Cookies will expire 4 hours from the time that you click the order buttons.   This will give you the time necessary to browse and make any changes you may want prior to finishing your order

I require e-mail addresses for you to order from me. They are used by me only  for correspondence about your order.  We all hate unsolicited mail and spam and therefore it is not my policy to do this to others.

I will not ship any products until I have received payment or arrangements have been made.  I am sorry for this inconvenience, but I have too many customized frames and mats that I have never gotten paid for. Being custom made for one person, they are of no use to anyone else, therefore I can not sell them.  This resulted in costs going up which is of no benefit to my customers and not fair to those that do pay on time.  I am willing to make arrangements for payment on orders over $150.  I notify you of when I have shipped your merchandise and the expected delivery date.  I also notify you if there will be any delay in getting your order done and shipped.  All frame orders are insured for their value, so if there is damage you must notify me immediately.  Mats are generally shipped via Priority Mail and generally arrive within 3 days of shipping them.
